Attunements and Classes

Choosing to become a Reiki Practitioner or Master can be one of the most profound decisions of your life. Being attuned in any Reiki tradition opens you up to be a channel for universal healing energy. You will be able to direct this energy to any person, place, thing, or situation, (including yourself), facilitating marvelous healing of body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is extremely therapeutic for the practitioner, even if he or she chooses not to do Reiki for others. As a Reiki Practitioner or Master, this energy will always be with you, flowing to you and through you whenever it is needed. Being attuned to Reiki is a great gift to yourself and to the world!

The ability to do Reiki is not taught in the usual sense but is energetically transfered from Master to student in a process called an attunement. The attunement process literally "attunes" your energy to that of the universal healing energy used in the system of Reiki so that you may safely and successfully conduct it in positive and therapeutic ways.**

Choosing a Reiki Master is not a decision to be taken lightly. A Master/Teacher should be certified, knowledgable, and professional. Above all, your Master should be someone you are comfortable with as the relationship between Master and student should continue long past the attunement process.

All of Deanna and Jacqueline's Reiki attunements come with complete manuals, personal instruction, and a sealed certificate stating your completion of that level. Additionally, they teach distinctly proven chakra balancing and clearing techniques, healing past-life issues, manifestation techniques, how to attune objects to be Reiki channels and generators, and much, much more. *

Deanna and Jacqueline are both Certified Master/Teachers of the Usui, Kundalini, Gold, and Ethereal Crystal Reiki systems. In addition to providing powerful (yet gentle) attunements, their classes are rich with technique, training, and history. They make a point of teaching, guiding, and counseling students far beyond their attunements, through the energy adjustment periods, through any healing crisis, and into life-long healing practices.

*It is important to note that Reiki energy cannot do any harm to the client or to the practitioner. The body's wisdom, Higher Self, Ascended Reiki Masters, and Universal Spirit (call it what you like) are in charge of the healing process. Therefore, the energy flows in the exact right amount to exactly the right places. It is impossible for Reiki to harm anyone by the very nature of the system.

*In recent years there have been many books written on the subject of Reiki. While reading these matterials may give you a solid foundation in Reiki history and technique, it cannot give you the ability to do Reiki. You must be attuned by a Reiki Master in order to safely and effectively use any Reiki system of healing.

*There are many different forms of energy healing (many of which Deanna and Jacqueline are very experienced in) but Reiki is unique in the fact that the system has safe-guards built in that prevent the practitioner from absorbing any illness or negative energy from the client. It is completely safe and risk-free for the practitioner.
